Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy for scheduled services. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, automatically charged. For more than 2 reschedules, the deposit is forfeited, and the full service price is due upon rescheduled appointment. Same-day bookings are not permitted.   COVID-19 Guidelines: To comply with COVID-19 safety measures, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment.   Late Fee Policy: A seven-minute grace period is granted for all appointments except waxing. After seven minutes, a $20 late fee is added, with possible reschedule or cancellation based on the day's schedule. After an additional 3 minutes, the appointment is automatically subject to reschedule or cancellation. No excuses or reasons will be accepted after 10 minutes.   Deposit Policy: All deposits paid are non-refundable and contribute towards the total amount of your appointment.   No Show Policy: A no-show incurs a charge of 25% of the scheduled services. A client is considered a no-show 10 minutes into the scheduled appointment time with no communication. Subsequent bookings are treated as one appointment, including areas like Underarms. No grace period is applicable for appointments outside normal business hours.   Contradictions for Appointments: If you are on your menstrual cycle or will be during your appointment, please reschedule three days after it is complete. If you have an unhealed piercing or tattoo, reschedule after it has healed. For individuals with metal implants (screws, plates, etc.), consult your doctor before scheduling a Radio Frequency service.   Liability Waiver: By participating in procedures and services provided by Suga Plum Aesthetics, I release and waive all liability from Suga Plum Aesthetics, its staff, members, affiliates, or trainees.
